Fun and relaxing mat-based classes designed for adults 50+. We combine traditional Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga practices to help improve your balance, flexibility and strength.
Classes led by a registered, qualified Yoga teacher & Mindfulness coach. These classes are also Strength & Balancing certified.

    The class is great for anyone although aimed at over 50.

    My husband and I very much enjoy Sarah's yoga classes.She is very professional.The class is a combination of stretching,strength and relaxation exercises at your own ability.We feel very lucky to be part of it.Thanks Sarah.
