Fun & vibrant community classes designed for adults in midlife and beyond. We combine traditional Hatha yoga with Yin and Restorative practices to help you improve your balance, flexibility, and strength. Beginners are always welcome. Booking is essential. Led by a registered, qualified Yoga teacher & Mindfulness coach. Strength & Balancing Certified.

    I love Sarah’s classes. They are good for body and soul. Sarah’s gentle manner soothes the senses and her yoga instruction is easy to follow. The room is always set up with the addition of candles, coloured lights and flowers and creates a lovely ambience. Everyone in the class is friendly and supportive and it’s nice to gather in the kitchen after the class and chat over a cuppa and biscuit.
