Fun and relaxing mat-based classes designed for adults 50+. We combine traditional Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga practices to help improve your balance, flexibility and strength.
Classes led by a registered, qualified Yoga teacher & Mindfulness coach. These classes are also Strength & Balancing certified.

Sarah lessons are excellent there is a variety of poses, clear explanations, good pace, focus on alignment and a calming atmosphere.
Sarah is very knowledgeable,encouraging supportive.
